Hug, Marilyn (Marriage - 28 February 1948)
Miss Marilyn Hug, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Hug of Medford, and George V. Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Anderson, Neillsville, were married on February 28, (1948), Saturday, at a ceremony performed at the Methodist-Congregational Church at Medford.
The bride wore a tailored white gabardine suit with pink accessories and a white orchid corsage.
Miss Bernice Amacher, Medford, was maid of honor, and Paul Bartell, Jr., Neillsville, was best man.
A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents following the ceremony.
The groom is a graduate of the Granton High School and is now a student at the Wisconsin Institute of Technology at Platteville. The newlyweds are residing at Platteville.
